		<description>Sorry you&#039;ve been feeling so crappy but I sure am glad that you went to the doctor and found the cause.  I hope you get feeling much better soon.  I&#039;m not sure where you live but many people get feeling kinda low because of lack of sunshine(Vit. D) for so long.  I live in Minnesota and every year I battle getting pulled down...sick of the snow and cold and all.
After reading the comments, I am wondering if we should hold a meeting at that liquor store?

		<description>Vegetarians and vegans like me have to be extra careful to make sure we get our Bs, and I try to pack them in!  I have been mister cheerful for awhile, no reason....except maybe the Bs!  Also plenty of coffee and chocolate.
On a more serious note, another important one vegetarians and others need to watch for is the omega 3s---available to vegetarians in some eggs, a lot of hot and cold cereals, flax seed ground up, flax oil, canole oil and of course walnuts.
